PROFILE

Pudensiana Dongay Etlawe, is a Lecturer in the Department two Departments which are, one Department of Constitutional & Administrative Law and Civil Law and two Department of Legal Methods, Research and Theory and Criminal Law. She joined the Faculty of Law as Assistant Lecturer on 1st Day of April 2019, six months after she graduated her Master Degree at the Tumaini University Makumira in December 2018, where she had studied her Bachelor Degree in Laws (LL.B) as well.  In the Year 2021 she joined the short programme offered by Strathmore University for one year and awarded a Certificate in “Extractive Industry Governance: Policy and Practice Course” from the Natural Resources Governance Institute in collaboration with Strathmore University in the year 2021. And in the year 2017, she joined Centre for Human Rights, Faculty of law in University of Pretoria for short course in “International & African Legal Framework on Freedom of Expression, Access to Information & Safety of Journalists” where she was awarded a Certificate.

Pudensiana Dongay Etlawe, has specialized in mastering International law and International Relations. She deliver lectures on courses ranging from Civil Procedure, Criminal Law, Legal Writing and Drafting Skills, Human Rights Law, the Law of the Child, Administrative Law, Law of Contract, Tax Law,  including Supervisions of Undergraduate Research Papers among others.
